However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, so in the unlikely event that you have an issue with your toy and perhaps need a replacement, we’ll do our best to make this happen.

If, however, you are still experiencing problems, please return to your retailer with your toy and receipt and they will be happy to discuss their replacement process with you. If you have any problems or queries just fill in our customer care enquiries form and we'll get back to you within five working days.
If you have purchased anything from the Something Wicked collection then note that returns are 28 days and must be returned in their original state, unworn. We understand you might want to order multiple sizes or items might not fit your body how you want. Please email our care team on firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your return request.
