Low quality, falls apart quickly

"I didn’t like this one at first so it sat in my drawer for several months. When my other vibrator died, I started using this one more and that’s when I started to like it. However, after only a few months of use, the rubber exterior started getting loose and bubbly. I reached out to customer service (and waited a whole week before someone finally replied), but they told me since the vibrator was 3 months past the 1-year warranty, they would not be willing to replace the defective product, even though their website says it should last 3-5 years. Since I didn’t even use this vibrator until almost a year after purchasing, I got only a few months out of it. I’ve had cheap vibrators from the biggest online retailer last longer than that. This one isn’t worth the high price tag and Je Joue doesn’t stand behind their product."

"I have been using this toy for years. I purchased my first one about 6 years ago. The silicone is a little loose but it still works great. I don’t use fancy toy soap so that might be why it’s not still perfect. I keep my old one at my partner’s house and I have a newer one I keep at home. I love the rumble. I usually use on level 3.
